Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
    1 Tbsp. Jelly
    1/2 Cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
    Fresh fruit or veggies

Tips

Use alternate nut butters for variety. Instead of jelly - try honey. Also, any Greek yogurt flavor can be used.


Directions

Mix PB with jelly and Greek yogurt. Dip.

Serving Size: Makes a little more than 1/2 cup of dip
