Introduction

Found this on Pintrest. I used a 9x12 cake pan and it was barely enough to cover the bottom. Cooked for 30 min and it was done. Thin, but good! Ingredients

    Whole wheat flour
    Baking soda
    Apples
    Applesauce
    Egg
    Sugar
    Almonds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat your baking pan with cooking spray.
In a small mixing bowl, mix flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt with a whisk. Set aside.
In a larger bowl, mix white sugar, apples, chopped nuts, egg and applesauce. Stir until combined. Add the flour mixture and stir to combine. Pour mixture into the greased pan.

Bake for 30-32 minutes
