Ingredients

1 tbsp Chia Power chia seeds
1 tbsp golden flax seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 red delicious or gala apple
1/2 small banana (frozen)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh spinach (rinsed)
1.5 fresh romaine lettuce leaf (rinsed)
Tips
Freeze banana ahead of time if possible to ensure a creamy and chilled smoothie.
Directions
Add 1/2 cup of water, flax and chia seeds to Nutribullet or blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add peanut butter and blend for 30 seconds more. Add fruit and blend for another 30 seconds. Finally, add spinach and lettuce then blend for 1 minute. Pour into tall glass or to-go cup.
