Ingredients

    All Whites Egg Whites - 3 servings
    Mozzarella Cheese - 1/3 cup
    Carrot strips - 1/4 cup
    Cherry tomatoes - 5 cup into 4ths
    Broccoli - 1/4 cup cut into small pieces
    red Pepper - 1/4 cup
    onion - 1/4 cup diced
    spinach - 1/4 cup cut up
    Salsa - 2 TBSP

Directions

Cook veggies in omelette pan with butter flavored cooking spray. In a bowl whisk egg whites with 1 tbsp water to make fluffy. Once veggies are cooked, add egg whites. Add Cheese right before folding over. ENJOY!
