Ingredients

    1 can red salmon with the skin and bones removed, drained

    Chop about 4 stalks of celery
    Chop one small onion
    Add 2-4cups chopped lettuce
    Add 1 chopped hard boiled egg
    Add mustard To taste. Can be made with mayonnaise which is traditional, but I am allergic to mayo.

Directions

Boil 1 egg
