Ingredients

    1 granny smith apple, cored and sliced
    4 tsp butter
    4 tsp sugar
    sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg

    Crust:
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tblsp crisco
    1 tblsp butter
    2-3 tsp. water

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Place 1/4 of apple slices into 4 ramekins. Top with butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Top with crust.

Crust:
Mix the flour and salt. Cut in butter, and crisco until flour resembles peas. Add water 1 teaspoon at a time until dough comes together. Let rest 10-15 min. Roll out and place on top of each ramekin
