Ingredients

    1/2 cup land o lakes small curd, low fat(2%) cottage cheese with sea salt.
    1 diced cucumber
    3 small or 2 large diced radishes
    2 sliced scallions
    Fresh dill
    Pepper
    A squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Tips

Lemon juice brightens up the flavor, along with cucumber, it is a detox ingredient.


Directions

Veggies can be prepared in advance. Just mix it all together and its ready.
