Ingredients

    8 oz. unsweetened, plain almond milk
    1 date
    5 strawberries, sliced & frozen
    9 blueberries, frozen
    3 oz. 0% fat vanilla greek yogurt
    1 scoop vanilla whey powder

Tips

The berries = cup and can be substituted for the fruit of your choice. The date is used for sweetening.


Directions

Place the frozen fruit and date in the blender. Sprinkle the whey powder over the fruit. Add the yogurt and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
