Introduction

This is how I start all my smoothies. Calories/nutrition listed are only for the base. This is how I start all my smoothies. Calories/nutrition listed are only for the base.

Ingredients

    1 cup Soy Milk, plain (I use Organics brand)
    1 cup baby spinach, raw
    2 scoops doTERRA Trim Shake, chocolate


Tips

I like to buy strawberries in bulk during the season. Then I prep them by washing and trimming off the stems. They freeze really well and I feel like I'm indulging in chocolate covered strawberries after my workout :)


Directions

Blend this well then...
I usually add 1 cup of fruit and ice (or frozen fruit) plus 8-10 chocolate chips. (these are not added in the nutrition info here)

Blend again.
