Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 16 ounces (remove)
    Cauliflower, cooked, 3 cup (1" pieces) (remove)
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Half and Half Cream, 2.5 cup (remove)
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Neufchatel Cheese, 3 oz (remove)
    salt
    pepper
    mustard 2 tsp

Directions

cook chicken, steam broccoli and cauliflower. mix together in 9x13 pan spreading evenly.
simmer 1/2 and 1/2 and wisk in cream cheese and salt, pepper, and mustard. Whisk in 2 cups shredded cheese until smooth. pour over chicken/broccoli/cauliflower and then sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
