Ingredients

    1 cup chopped Kale
    1/2 small Yellow Bell Pepper chopped
    1/4 cucumber, cubed
    1/4 Pear chopped
    1 tbsp Italian Dressing

Directions

Chop Kale into strips. chop all other vegetables and Fruits. pour on dressing and mix with spoon coating everything
