Ingredients

    1.5 cup Almond Flour
    2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
    .25 c Flaxseed
    .25 tsp salt
    1.5 tsp baking soda
    5 eggs
    .25 Coconut oil (melted)
    1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
    1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Tips

you can substitute sea salt for regular salt but make sure you use half the amount.


Directions

Whisk together flours, flaxseed, salt, and baking soda until well mixed. Add eggs, agave nectar and vinegar and mix well. Scoop even amounts into muffin tins or place in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 30 minutes.
