Ingredients

1.5 cups blended preboiled chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
2 very ripe bananas
1/4 cup blended gluten free oats or regular
1 tsp Kirkland ground Saigon cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp baking powder
salt to taste, I used pink salt from Kirkland
Tips
They turned out nice on the outside, gummy still inside. I'm putting them in the fridge after they cool completely to see if the flavor improves. They're quite bland, next time I want to use super super ripe bananas & put in maybe 2 tablespoons of avocado. Or some coconut oil. They are so gummy inside it's looks like they're still raw batter, but the outside is perfect...argh!
This always happens to my baked goods...I don't know why?
Directions
Blend all ingredients very well in vita-mix or nutribullet, I used the latter. Add water if too dense. My batter was VERY thick!
