Ingredients

    2 28 oz can whole peeled tomatoes
    2 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c onion
    garlic
    3 tbs dried basil
    2 tbs parsley
    vegetable broth

Directions

saute onions and garlic with 2 cubes frozen vegetable broth, add tomatoes, 2 tbs basil and cook until desired conisstency

Serving Size: makes roughly 13 3/4c servings
