Introduction

A delicious alternative to expensive pre-made light dressing. Adjust the salt and seasonings to your own preferences. When it's first made, it's got a thick, dip-like texture, but it will thin out as it sits. I recommend using within 1 week. A delicious alternative to expensive pre-made light dressing. Ingredients

1 c. plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 c. Helmann's mayonnaise with olive oil (or light mayo of choice, will change nutrition info)

    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1/2 c. blue cheese crumbles

Using an immersion blender or food processor, blend the yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, vinegar, and spices. Stir in blue cheese crumbles. For a smoother consistency, mash crumbles with a fork prior to stirring them in. (I leave mine chunky!)
