Ingredients

    *CAULIFLOWER (LARGE HEAD), .5 serving
    Kerrygold Irish Butter, 3 tbsp
    Cream heavy 1 cup, .5 cup
    chicken bone broth homemade but not by me _SELFNutritionD..., .1.25 cup
    *Turkey Bone Broth - homemade, 1.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Cook 1/2 head of cauliflower, broken, with broth until very tender. Reduce broth. Add butter. Mash with potato masher, then smooth with immersion blender. Add cream and seasoning; reheat gently.

Serving Size: About 3.25 cups or 7 servings, 1/2 cup each
