Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Raw Sprouted Buckwheat flour
    1/4 cup Hazelnuts
    1 T. Lucuma Powder
    1 T. Mesquite Powder
    1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
    1 cup nut milk
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. MCT oil Now brand
    Nutmeg, Cloves, Carmondon 1/4 tsp. each
    1 Banana
    Chopped Pecans.

Tips

Raw foods contain more nutrition than cooked.


Directions

Blend everything, except for the chopped pecans. Form into 8" pancakes on Excalibur dehydrator sheets.
Sprinkle on the pecans on top before dehydrating. Dry until they reach a pancake like consistency.
