    Egg white, fresh, 3 large
    Baking Powder, 2 TB
    Avocado Oil, 1/2 cup
    1 cup water or other liquid*
    1 TB cinnamon
    1 TB ginger
    1 tsp nutmeg
    3 pkts Truvia

Tips

*Use a juice instead of water for more flavor

This is a very dense bread, better when toasted!
I have also changed the spices to oregano, basil, etc to make more savory instead of a breakfast type bread
