Ingredients

    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. almonds (slivered or chopped almonds)
    1/2 c. hazlnuts (chopped) or other nuts
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
    3/4 c. shredded sweetened coconut
    1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
    1/2 - 1 t. sea salt (to taste)

    1/4 c. coconut oil
    2 T. maple syrup
    1/2 t. - 1 t. vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Heat coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla in microwave until warm. Mix with dry ingredients. Bake at 275 until brown, stirring every 10 minutes to avoid burning.
