Ingredients

    12 oz. HoneySuckle ground white turkey 97% fat free
    8 oz. Campbell's tomato juice low sodium
    .5 cup diced tomato's no salt added
    .5 cup diced or sliced onions
    .5 cup kidney beans dry cook per pacage directions
    6 oz. Ronzoni Healthy harvest whole wheat blend spaghetti
    4 tbsp. French's Chili-O mix

Directions

Cook spaghetti per package directions. Brown onion in fat free spray over medium high add turkey cook until lightly brown. Add cooked kidney beans, tomato juice and diced tomatoes. Add chili mix and simmer on low until turkey is tender. Drain pasta and add to chili simmer until hot. Divide recipe into 4 equal bowls. Taste very good with shredded cheddar cheese. Of course this will add more calories and fat.
