2 cups raw sprouted rolled oats
    2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Vega Sport Protein powder chocolate 1 scoop
4 T. Hemp seeds ground into a flour
1/3 cup Brazil nuts blend into a flour
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds blend into a flour
    1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1/3 cup raw chopped cacao beans

    2 T. Maca
1" x 4" Raw Cacao paste. Cut off the block.
    1 T. Hawthorne powder
    1 T. Schizandra.

Tips

Most ingredients like the raw cacao paste and raw cacao powder. Vega sport protein powder is vegan, from the vitamin shoppe. Other herbs I order online from Mountain Rose herbs. Do not eat before bedtime as it is herbally energizing blend.

Directions

Warm over a very low heat, peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, Cacao paste. When melted add in 1/3 cup raw cacao powder. Turn off heat.

In a bow mix all the rest of the ingredients. When mixed well add the wet and mix by hand.

Spread the mix into a 9x13 baking pan. Chill for several hours before cutting.

Please research the herbs to see if they fit your personality and health needs. Most are for energy and endurance, Hawthorne is a heart herb.
You cannot taste the herbs in the protein bar. I am not responsible if you make this for any adverse health reactions.
