Ingredients

1/3 C. Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 C. Honey
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
3 T. Flaxseed Meal
3 T. Dark Chocolate Chips
Tips
Can be enjoyed immediately, but ideally prepare at least 1.5 hours before strength training workout to allow 5 minutes to prep, 30 minutes to firm up and 1 hour to do it's job!
Try it with natural creamy peanut butter with dark chocolate too!
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Roll into 10 balls (about one heaping tablespoon).
3. Throw in freezer for 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
