Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

62 grams Unsweetened Applesauce (1/2 serving)
    62 grams Fat-Free Greek Yogurt (1/4 serving)
20 grams Steel Cut Oats (1/2 serving)
    1.5 tsp Chia Seed
    1.5 tsp Ground Flax Seed
70 grams Frozen Mixed Berries (1/2 serving)

Mix the first five ingredients in a 1 or 1.5 cup jar or sealable container, top with the frozen berries , and refrigerate overnight. This sweet and filling breakfast can be frozen but will keep in the fridge for about 5 days. Enjoy it cold, straight from the fridge, or warm it in the microwave for about 30 seconds on medium power to take the chill off.

For some variety, swap the frozen berries for other great breakfast ingredients like bananas, nuts, cocoa powder, PB2, honey, etc., For more ideas, check out the original recipe on www.theyummylife.com!

Tips

To make it easier to mix, layer the ingredients: wet on the bottom, dry on top. Otherwise the seeds and oats tend to clump up under the wet ingredients which prevents them from softening up.
