Ingredients

    1.75 lb chuck roast
    4 medium Potatoes
    1 Chopped Yellow Onion - medium
    3 cloves Garlic
    20 medium Baby Carrots
    1c Red Wine
    1c Water
    8 oz sliced Mushrooms

the juice can be made into a delicious gravy, but the calories for that are not included here

Directions

Chop all the veggies and put them in the pot, carrots first, then potatoes, onions, mushrooms. cut meat into several large chunks and add that then add the wine and water. press the garlic on top of the meat and add salt and pepper taste. Cook on lo for 8 hours.
