Ingredients

    2.5 cups of kale chopped
    1 Tbsp oilive oil
    1 medium onion
    9 oz chicken cubed
    3 med. potatoes
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 can bush's chili beans with sauce
    3.5 cups chicken stock

Directions

chop potatoes and onions
cube chicken
add oil and nions and chicken in pan and brown
add chicken stock and remaining ingredients
bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour or until kale reduces
