    1 tbsp Flax oil
    1 scoop Raw protein powder (Garden of Life)
    2 tbsp PB powder (PBfit)
    2 tbsp Raw cacao powder (Viva Labs)
    1 tbsp Lecithin (soy of sunflower)
    *Lakanto/stevia to taste

Tips

This is a keto-friendly shake created for followers of a very low-carb diet. This shake is rich in nutrients and electrolytes, and provides a good amount for protein and fat while staying very low in carbs. The high quality ingredients make this shake a great meal alternative.


Directions
