    -half cooked chicken breast shredded
    -1/2 Cup frozen peas
    -4 baby carrots shredded
    -1/2 Cup Milk 2%
    -1 Tbsp Butter
    -1 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
    -2oz Wheat pasta

    salt, pepper to taste

Directions

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Cook pasta
-Add ingredients leaving half of the cheese aside in a greased baking dish
-Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
-Bake for 30 min
