Introduction

Made with whole wheat bread crumbs. Simple! Made with whole wheat bread crumbs. Simple!

Ingredients

    1 can Pink Salmon
    1 1/2 cups soft whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/2 medium onion, minced
    1/2 cup of egg, mixed
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Coat muffin tins with cooking spray.Put Whole Wheat Bread into food processor and pulse until crumbs. Mix eggs with fork. Take bones out of salmon and drain. Mix all ingredients. Take 1/3 cup of the mixture into each muffin tin. Cook 15 mins.
