Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound of 93% lean ground beef
    1- 4oz can of mushrooms
    1- large egg
    1 tsp liquid smoke
    1 tsp steak seasoning
    3/4 Cup of instant potatoes

Tips

You could use pork or lamb for this recipe


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl scoop into cup cake pans, bake at 350F for about 40-45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160F for beef & lamb and 165F for pork.
