Ingredients

4 Pork Tenderloin Chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
    1/2 Cup White Flour
    2 T of Honey
    1 T of Soy Sauce
    1 T of Worcestershire Sauce
1 15 oz Can Fat Free Chicken Broth
    4 T of BBQ Sauce
    2 T Dijon Mustard
2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Serve with white or brown rice. Use the gravy on the rice. If gravy is too thick, add some water. If it's too thin, add some flour.

Directions

1. Trim fat off of the tenderloin chops
2. Season tenderloin chops with salt & pepper
3. Dredge tenderloin chops in flour
4. Brown tenderloin chops (in olive oil) and set aside
5. Mix left over flour and all other ingredients thoroughly (not the olive oil though)
6. Pour the mix into a crock pot and add tenderloin chops
7. Cook with cover on high for about 2 1/2 hours or until pork is tender.
