Ingredients

1 whole wheat bagel
1/3 c. & 3 T All egg whites
2 tsp. Dill weed (dry)
1/4 c. Mozzarella part skim shredded cheese
2 strips Morningstar Farms vegetarian bacon strips
I can't believe it's not butter spray
Directions
Place sliced bagel in toaster oven, begin toasting. Spray cooking pan with butter flavored cooking spray, begin to warm pan. Pour egg whites and dill into pan. Use spatula to scramble eggs. While this is cooking, microwave the bacon strips for 90 seconds. Take bagel out of toaster oven and spray with butter spray. Break bacon strips in half and place in a criss-cross fashion over one side of the bagel. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella onto the bacon. Scrape eggs onto onto cheese and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Close sandwich with top bagel piece. Enjoy!
