Ingredients

    2 extra ripe bananas
    1/2 cup egg substitue
    1/2 cup applesauce
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup sugar
    4 T ground flax seed
    1 t baking soda

    Mash 'em, mix it and cook it up!
    325 for 55-60 minutes in greased bread pan.

Directions

bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes
slice and serve!
