Introduction

Ingredients

    2 bags of your favorite lettuce mix
    I large sweet onion
    2 pears of your choice
    5 celery stalks
    15oz Chicken Tenders (Raw)
    3 oz of chopped walnuts

Directions

Grill chicken tenders to your liking ... its usually about 10 tenders 2 per salad.

cut up celery, onions, and pears, and then dived all ingredients evenly in to 5 , 3 cup mason jars. Lettuce goes in first then the other ingredients go on top.

Serving Size: Makes 5 Salad Jars !
