Ingredients

    4 eggs - scrambled
    1 Slice - Finlandia Swiss Cheese - cut up
    1.5C Broccoli - chopped
    .5C Mushrooms - chopped
    .25C Water - room temperature
    1/8tsp Garlic powder
    Cooking spray
    Dash of salt & pepper

Tips

This is just a basic recipe for a super easy fritatta. While it's baking you can make sauteed veggies. You can build the egg mixture with any veggie or meat ingredient you like. I put water instead of milk to keep the calorie & fat count down. It worked just fine.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Scramble eggs in a dish & add all ingredients less cooking spray and cheese. Set aside. Spray a 1.5 QT baking dish.
Once oven is preheated, pour egg mixture in baking dish & top with cut-up cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy
