Ingredients

6 eggs
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. whipping cream
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
6 slices Oscar Mayer smoked turkey breast
1 package frozen spinach
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In microwave cook spinach according to package directions. Allow to cool to touch and then drain excess liquid. I suggest squeezing it with your hands to get it good and dry. Whip eggs and cream together. Add spinach, chopped vegetables, and chopped deli meat. Place in a greased pie dish. Add cheese to the top.
Place in a preheated oven and cook for 30-45 minutes (it depends on the size of your dish.
