Introduction

I was cleaning out my fridge and just threw everything in the stock pot. Turned out pretty tasty I was cleaning out my fridge and just threw everything in the stock pot. Turned out pretty tasty
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Kale, 4 cups
    Mushrooms (sliced), 1 cup
    Coconut oil, 2 tsp
    Onion, 1 medium
    Orzo pasta, .75 cup
    Kidney beans, 1.5 cups
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Cayenne pepper, to taste
    Water 4 cups

Directions

Boil pasta

Saute onion and mushroom in coconut oil with garlic, in soup pot, add cayenne and salt to taste

Add kidney beans to onions and mushrooms.

Add orzo to soup pot

Chop kale and add to pot last.

Cook just until kale is wilted

Serving Size: makes 4 generous 2-cup servings
