Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    one 16oz. package imitation crab meat, chopped.

    1 cup diced celery (2 stalks)
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup frozen peas, thawed
    1/4 cup diced onion
    3/4 cup Miracle Whip Lite
    1 Tablespoon white vinegar
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon splenda
    1/2 teaspoon of each:
    garlic powder
    oregano
    dill weed
    basil

Directions

Mix all ingredients, cover and chill until ready to serve.

Makes 6 generous cup servings.
