    1 medium tomato diced
    1 c chickpeas rinsed
    1 can sweet corn
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    juice from 2 limes
    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/2 cayenne pepper
