Ingredients

    1 carton egg beaters south western style
    1 yellow onion
    1 grn bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 orange bell pepper
    1 yellow bell pepper
    1 lbs mushrooms
    1/2 bag jimmy deans turkey sausage
    cayenne pepper
    3 eggs

Directions

saute all veggies and add cayenne
place veggies in pan of your choice
pour eggs (both beaters and reg.) over veggies
spread out turkey over top
bake for 20 min at 350 or until top is a golden brown

Serving Size: makes 9 squares (8x8 pan or 9x9 pan)
