Introduction

Delicious mixture of crunchy, savory and sweet - very clean eating! Delicious mixture of crunchy, savory and sweet - very clean eating!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    3 heads/clusters fresh broccoli, chopped
    4 cups chopped cauliflower
    1 Honeycrisp apple, cored and chopped
    1 1/2 cup golden raisins
    1/2 cup sunflower kernels
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    4-5 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped (or 1 package Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon)
    1/2 cup low fat mayo
    2 containers Greek yogurt, plain (I use Oikos, 5.3 oz each)
    4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    2 tbsp. sugar plus 3 packets Truvia

Directions

Combine and toss all ingredients. If you can, refrigerate overnight before serving so all the flavors meld.

Serving Size: Makes 18 cups
