Ingredients

    2 cups dry oatmeal
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    3 egg whites
    4 tbsp Promise light butter
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 oz pecans, chopped
    1/3 cup raisins
    2 small bananas


Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl compine oatmeal, flour, baking soda, brown sugar, egg, butter, and vanilla. Mix well with an electric mixer. Add pecans, raisins, and banana. Mix well. Place 2" round balls of dough on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. This recipe makes about 18 servings.
