Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    White Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Cinnamon, Ginger, Allspice, Nutmeg, Baking Soda, Butter (melted), Honey, Eggs, Vanilla, Zucchini (grated)

Tips

Melt the butter and use a measuring cup to pour it into the wet mixture. Use the same measuring cup for the honey for easy, easy pouring. The honey will slide right out of the cup! ^_^


Directions

Combine dry ingredients, combine wet ingredients. Grate zucchini. If frozen, drain. Alternate adding zucchini and dry ingredients to wet ingredients until mixed.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350〮〮° for 30 to 50 minutes. Nuts optional.
