    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz (remove)
    Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp (remove)
    1 onion, 1 serving (remove)

    For turkey chili-
    ground turkey, onion, green and red pepper, jalapeno pepper, kale, tomato paste, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, garlic, salt. Top in pan with 1 tbspn parmesan cheese

    For potatoes:
    potatoes, cauliflower, parsnip, smart balance, milk, garlic salt, white pepper, parmesan cheese, tajin seasoning

Directions

Brown ground turkey. Add onion, peppers, and seasonings- chili powder, smoked paprika and cumin, coriander, salt. Add tomato paste and chicken broth. Add kale.
Boil potatoes, then after about 10 minutes boil time, add parsnip and cauliflower until soft. Mash with smart balance, milk and white pepper, garlic salt, parmesan cheese.
Layer in 13x9 inch pan. Top with a sprinkle of tajin lime seasoning. Refrigerate until needed.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
