Ingredients

    **Doritos, nacho cheese, 2 ounces (2 servings)
    Turkey (light meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced, cooked
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 2 tbsp
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz

Directions

In a small round casserole dish, spray non-stick cooking spray. Put in one ounce of crushed nacho cheese doritos (save other ounce).

In another bowl, soften light cream cheese, possibly thin it a bit with a tablespoon of light unsweetened almond milk. Mix in corn kernels, salsa, and turkey pieces. Pour over top. Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven, top with other one ounce of chips and cheese. Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
