Ingredients

    4 oz. Almond Butter- Unsalted
    1 egg
1/4 cup Honey or 4 packets of stevia with 1 drop of vanilla stevia
    3/4 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder or 4 tbsp of carob toasted powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
dash Kosher salt (the bigger the granuals, the better so you get a slight salty surprise every time you bite.)
1/4 cup of dark chocolate cut into small pieces or dark chocolate chips

Tips

They are going to be a bit crumbly, the best time to eat them is right from the oven or carefully wrap them up in plastic saran wrap and save them for 1 a day. Cut them up into 6 evenly pieces. This is a small amount recipe so you won't get stuck with so many and eat too many.

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
Pour almond butter into a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add in eggs, honey (or stevia),vanilla, vanilla stevia drop, cocoa powder (or carob), baking soda, and salt. Mix again until everything is well incorporated and you have a thick, creamy batter. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into a greased, small pan (I used coconut oil to grease my pan).
Pop in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the brownies are set and cooked through. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting and enjoy!
