Ingredients

    2 cup cooked pumpkin
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup milk
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 1/4 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp cloves
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    3 egg whites (3 Tbsp=1 large egg white)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except egg whites.
Beat whites until stiff and fold in last.
Bake in 2 9" shells 10 minutes on 450 degrees, then 35 minutes on 325 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 2 9" pies (12 slices total)
