Ingredients

    8 oz Whole wheat penne/rigatoni/macaroni
    1 cup 2% Shredded Cheese (any)
    1 egg, beaten
    2 cups steamed broccoli
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Don't forget to beat the egg! I use frozen, steamable broccoli to make this as quick as possible. Use your choice of wheat pasta, and your choice of cheese--it's great with sharp cheddar.


Directions

Cook pasta following package instructions. Drain. Add back to pan and stir in the broccoli, cheese, and egg until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
