Introduction

I was looking for a Deviled Egg and Avocado recipe.... modified one to make this great little filling snack.
I used my homemade Olive Oil Mayo (I was shocked I could make such a thing!So Easy!See Link in "Tips")

Ingredients

    18g or 1tbsp Fresh ripened Avocado
    1 large cooled/refrigerated hard boiled egg
    1-3 tsps mayo till creamy
    (I used my Homemade Olive Oil Mayo-see "Tips" link)

    (These are guesstimates. It was mainly a dash here and a dash there.)
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Onion powder

Directions

Pick bowl you want to eat from
Peel egg
Cut off white and set aside.
Put yolk in bowl
Add mayo
Mix to a creamy texture
Add avocado and mix until creamy
Dice egg white into bowl.
Mix and enjoy!

Serving Size: 1 small bowl
