1 can (15.5 oz) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (13 oz) chunk chicken, 98% fat free, packed in water
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce, Light (available from Ragu or at Aldi's)
1 can (11 oz) Mexican style corn (with red and green pepper bits), drained
1 cup Mexican style cheese, shredded
˝ c. sour cream, fat free preferred or light
˝ small onion or ˝ c. dried minced onion
1 ˝ t. minced garlic (prepared)
1 t. cumin
˝ t. white pepper
˝ t. cayenne pepper
Tips
For faster prep, use stove top, instead of slow cooker, but better results come when you allow some simmer time to blend flavors.
Rinsing the beans decreases the salt content.

In a 3.5 qt. slow cooker, combine the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 1 to ˝ hours or until heated through, stirring once.
Stovetop:
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan. Cook on med low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. Optional: simmer for 10 to 30 min to allow flavors to blend.
