Ingredients

    1 cup goat milk (or low fat milk, or almond milk, or coconut milk)
    2-3 tsp sugar
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    (optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract)


Tips

I use a chef's whisk to blend the cocoa powder more easily.


Directions

blend dry ingredients in sauce pan. Add milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until hot and all the cocoa powder is blended in. Serve hot.
